• Both Americans and people from the Cayman Islands eat lots of seafood, salads, and have BBQ’s

• Beer Battered Fish and conch are popular dishes in both places

• US gets some of their red lobster from the Cayman Islands

• Music in the Cayman Islands is a blend of calypso, reggae, and country

• Normally has a fast beat with drums and maracas

• Americans also use lots of drums to add background music

• Stingray City- go scuba diving with sting rays.• Turtle Farms- see different types of turtles.• Beaches, and Great Views are major tourist

attractions. • Fish, Palm Trees, little amounts of oil, and conch

are resources found in the Cayman Islands. • Turtles and Lobsters are endangered animals. • The Wharf is a theme park.

Cayman Islands:• 98% Literacy Rate• 80.8years life expectancy,

most have pretty good health, have lots of hospitals.

• Not a very poor country because gets a lot of money from tourists.

• 13.5% are unemployed• Parliamentary

democracy=government

United States:• 99% Literacy Rate• 78.49 life expectancy has good

health care with care for most illnesses, are spending a lot of money on health care.

• 70% have a stable home others over a lot, or are homeless.

• 17.6% are unemployed
