hoWToUSeThecellblaSTeRConnect the AC adapter to the CellBlaster and plug it into an appropriate AC outlet . Open the case lid and place your cell phone/personal device into the scanning bed . Position it so the keypad is facing downward (towards the UV tube). For flip phones and slider phones, open the phone fully before placing it into the scanning bed to expose the keypad to the UV light. Position your phone at an angle if necessary to ensure that the case lid closes properly . If the lid is not fully closed, the automatic sanitizing cycle will not begin . Once the cycle starts, the LED light strip will glow blue . The blue light will turn off automatically after 30 seconds when the sanitizing is complete . If your cell phone has a vinyl skin case, please note that it should be sanitized with the case attached .

Note: For normal sanitizing, the CellBlaster should generally be used once per day . However, if your cell phone/personal device is frequently exposed to a higher level of germs, bacteria or viruses (such as in a hospital, medical office or nursing home), it is recommended that you sanitize it more often .

cellphoNechaRGiNGThe CellBlaster is specially designed so that a cell phone can be charged during sanitizing . Plug the charging cable into the phone as usual, and then route the cord from the phone’s charger through the side groove in the scanning bed . Next plug the cord into a wall outlet to charge it . The sanitizing cycle will begin automatically when the case lid is fully closed .
