o Only complete the data fields

• Data format: round up all figures to 1,000s

• Saving data:

o Auto-save

- There is no version management for the survey

o Own version management - Save progress – download to Excel file, - Certainly if more users are completing fields; use “Your reference”

o When you are ready: - Save all in an Excel file (download) – “print”

Ensure you are ready for the new reporting system before April 2019 From then on, it will only be possible to report your data with this tool.

A new version of the survey will be released in September 2018
