NORTH TEXAS IRISH FESTIVALDate: March 6-8, 2015Location: Fair Park, Dallas

The NTIF is presented by the Southwest Celtic Music Association and will be celebrating its 33rd year and is the second largest festival hosted at Fair Park. This year’s event will run from February 28th – March 2nd and promises another celebration of a wide mix of live Irish music, dancer, food, art, plus Whiskey tastings, blacksmithing demonstrations, archery in a Celtic village, Gaelic football and horse displays allow attendees to experience Celtic culture.

The Deep Ellum entertainment district will be transformed into one enormous street festival featuring, 200 top-notch juried decorative and visual artists, 100 original bands, singer/songwriters and performance artists performing from five different stages, the renowned Pet Parade, and copious food and drink. Festival attendees can stroll through displays of cutting-edge decorative arts and admire, commission, and purchase the art of sculptors, muralists, jewelers, painters, and fine artists; some of whom will be creating pieces on the spot.
