TSI - SERIES High power - low noise level

√ Maximum working reliability and air quality are guaranteed by the electronic AIRSAVE PRO filter

monitoring. Over a measuring sensor build in the filter cartridge is recorded and send to the AIRSAVE

filter monitoring system. This sends status messages over certain switching signals to the operator and

switches the compressor unit off when the saturation of the cartridge exceeds the obligatorily limit values

of the DIN EN 12021.

CC-CONTROL - Computer aided compressor control

We offer world-wide as only manu-facturer the CC-CONTROL for com-puter aided control for stationary IDE compressors.

√ To optimize the operating reliability, more comfort, failure notice inspection and a high air

quality we developed a new compressor operat-ing system for stationary units.

The operating unit of the controlling system has a LCD display with background illuminated as well

as a touch buttons keyboard with partly illumi-nated function keys.

A serial interface for a PC connection to upload software updates and visualization is implemented

also another system bus interface for a remote maintenance module, MSR and other extensions

are build in. Over this interface for example an ex-

ternal filling ramp could be equipped with the same

functions and possibilities.

√ Over the additionally integrated CO, CO2, O2

monitoring system the AIRSAVE-PREMIUM unit super-

vises the legal standard limit for the compressor unit and switches off by exceeding of these limit values.

This function supervises the working reliability of the compressor and guarantees an optimal protection in a

CO-CO2 contaminated work surrounding field or ir-regular operating conditions of the compressor. The

AIRSAVE-Premium unit also supervises the service and oil change intervals.

By elaborated air circula-

tion and efficient exhaust technology the stationary

silent high pressure com-

pressor unit achieves opti-

mal cooling, without dis-turbing noises developed by

the air flow. It is also suit-

able for countries with high

ambi ent temperatures

(- max. 45°C).

To ensure working reliability, optimal air quality and com-

fort, to optimize and supervise

the failure notice control the

CC-CONTROL (computer aided compressor control) is in this

type of compressor integrated.
