Goals

The bachelor's degree in Chinese is our unique and outstanding program for foreigners, aiming at overseas students. We are devoted to foster student who fits the need of "internet+" for the international com­munity, our purpose is to cultivate talent learners who has the ability to use Chinese language proficiently, to understand Chinese culture thor­oughly, and to have the responsibility and the sense of mission to dissemi­nate Chinese culture to the rest of the world.

In order to provide our students with strong language background for further studies, although this major is being mainly Chinese language-ori­ented, we offer obligatory courses and elective courses such as telecom­municate, computer science, law, digital media, etc.

International Chinese Training Center of BUPT

Y It is BUPT's responsibility and obligation to check students' application, once the application is accepted, the school will be in charge of the < Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Admission Notice > and <Visa Application for Study in China> (JW202 form) and send these two documents to the applicants.

Y Students have to take the JW202 form, the < Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications Admission Notice >, the < physical examination record for foreigners > and the original form of the Serum test sheet to the Chinese embassy for student Visa.

Y Applicants should arrive at school on time based on the time requirement on the <Beijing University of Posts and Telecommuni­cations Admission Notice>.

BUPT provides different varieties of cafeterias with special flavors and unique features for international students as well as Halal restau­rants for Muslim students, which could maintain all the needs from students with bargain price (average cost approximately 30 Yuan/studentJ­day). BUPT card can be used in all cafeterias. In order to provide a convenient life for students, coffee houses, supermarkets, fruit stores, optical, etc. can be found inside the campus as well.

BUPT,Xitucheng Road campus is located in the east side of Xi Tu Cheng Road, inside the North third ring, Haidian District. Multiple bus routes pass through the school and stop in the front of the four gates; several subway stations are adjacent to the school (Xizhimen Station, Xitucheng Station, Jishuitan Station Mudanyu­an Station and Dazhongsi Station), which offering students with the most convenient low-carbon transportation method.

International Training Center of BUPT offers comfortable and safety residential environment for students who studies here, charges for 50 Yuan/bed/day, with a centralized staff office on the first floor. Amenities include: Independent bathroom with 24-hour hot water. Furniture provided includes standard twin bed with desk, chair, closet, TV, telephone and WiFi. Kitchen for residents'occasional use, electronic water heating, refrigerator, laundry room with washing and dry cleaning machine provided on each floor.

BUPT card is available for international students to enter and enjoy sports facilities inside BUPT such as the gymnasium, the swimming pool, fitness center, basketball court, volleyball court, football pitch, etc.
