Kin-ball is a team sport created in Quebec, Canada in 1986 by Mario Demers. This new sport is the only sport which allows 3 teams to compete at the same time. Team work, respect, inclusion, and physical training, these are the things you can learn from Kin-ball. We need four players in each team, total 12 players in the match. When doing offence, they need to synchronously touch Kin-Ball. It is difficult to win at Kin-ball if you are just depending on your personal skills, because teamwork is the key to winning a game in Kin-ball. Try it and you will appreciate this new sport.

DODGEBALL A great form of anaerobic exercise: The short bursts of sprinting involved in a game of dodgeball can improve cardiovascular health by lowering blood pressure and pulse, improving circulation and burning calories. It’s also great fun!
Dodgeball refers to a collection of team sports in which players on two teams try to throw balls at each other while avoiding being hit themselves. There are many variations of the game, but generally the main objective of each team is to eliminate all members of the opposing team by hitting them with thrown balls, catching a ball thrown by a member of the opposing team, or forcing them to move outside the court boundaries when a ball is thrown at them.
