Culture- selection committee was that doing its job just
in papers, they were demotivating players, no
confidence on the players
Team culture- players were from different states, theywere playing against each other, senior players werehaving different culture towards their work and the
junior players had come with different culture.
Effect on performance- performance was poor in thebeginning. Although it was tough for Shahrukh khan to
change the culture of the Womens Hockey Team, he
was successful in doing that and it affected the
performance of the team.
