Receive Minute Order Notification CCMS-V4-DSP822 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive from an Integration Partner (IP), a set of minute codes to create a draft minute order associated with a future hearing on a case. This applies to all the CCMS-V4 case categories. The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:

IP wishes to send in MOCS codes for proposed orders on probation violation.

IP wishes to send in MOCS codes on probation recommendations.

Receive Accounting Reconciliation Report from EFSPs Notification CCMS-V4-EFL801 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive payment information from an Integration Partner (IP). The Trial Court will use this information to reconcile payment data recorded in CCMS-V4 with the payments forwarded by the Integration Partner on electronically filed cases. The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:

IP wishes to send payment reconciliation information on electronically filed cases to the Trial Court.

The following is a possible situation when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:

IP submits a small claims case initiating filing document for a client for a jurisdictional amount of less than or equal to $7,500.

Receive Case Initiation Filing - Civil Limited Unlimited CCMS-V4-INI805 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a case initiating filing document from an Integration Partner (IP) to initiate a civil limited or a civil unlimited case for any case type. The following are possible situations when an Integration Partner may wish to use this data exchange:

IP submits a harassment filing document for a client.

IP submits a petition for name change filing document for a client.


Receive Case Initiation Filing – Mental Health CCMS-V4-INI819 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to receive a case initiating filing document from an Integration Partner (IP) to initiate a mental health case. IP wishes to transfer a case back to the Trial Court


Send Case Transfer to ACCMS Notification CCMS-V4-APL901 This data exchange will be used by the Trial Court to send a case transfer or subsequent document to an Integration Partner (IP). Some examples include:

Case participant files an appeal.

Case participant is found guilty on a death sentence.
