Demonstrated capacity and desire to learn quickly, navigate and manage change, and build

teams by sharing ideas with others. If you’ve taught yourself new skills, coached a team,

For Senior Consultants

3-5 years of experience in business or technology consulting with top-tier advisory or

integration firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, Sapient, or IBM

Experience managing small teams of colleagues and clients (2-4 people) on projects

Experience supporting development proposals and ‘pitch decks’ to define and evolve

service offerings

For Managing Consultants

4-7 years of experience in business or technology consulting with top-tier advisory or

integration firms such as McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, Accenture, Sapient, or IBM

Experience managing teams of colleagues and clients (4-6 people) on projects

Experience leading development of proposals and ‘pitch decks’ to define and evolve service

offerings

Experience meeting clients to scope engagements, and develop statements of work
