Design Features
Shaft Seal
Torishima brand component type mechanical seals are fitted as standard.Alternatively, cartridge type seal and gland packing are available upon request.
Wear Rings
Casing wear rings are fitted as standard and replaceable for longer life span. Optional Impeller Wear rings are available upon request.
Impeller
Double Entry is hydraulically balanced to reduce axial thrust and NPSH requirements. Multiple hydraulics cover wide operation range to maximize optimum efficiency and reliability.
Suction & Discharge Flanges
Flange can be drilled to meet various international standards such as JIS, ASME, EN, ISO, etc.
Designed by CAE analysis resulting in higher efficiency,noise and vibration free operation, over a wider flow range.
Volute Casing
Integral bearing support gives more rigid construction, reduces shaft deflection, and improves bearing and seal life.
