1. Linear Motion Shale Shaker

QZS703 linear shale shaker is the first grade of solid control equipment. It adopt Italian

brand vibration motor, with super quality and realiable performance.

Adopt hydraulic lifting system, screen basket can be raised from -1 to +5 degree easily.

High vibrating force, single motor can reach to 38kN.Working temperature from -40 to

+150 centigrade.

SC-3 Shale shaker

KOSUN uses best materials and latest technics in the manufacture of SC-3 linear

shale shaker. It is endowed with high efficiency, convenient & simple operation &

maintenance, function modularization, all of which makes the allocation more flexible.

Screens can be changed on any side of shaker by one worker within one minute.

The space between two shale shakers can be reduced to the maximum, which save

the operation space on tank body.

It employs the super strong vibration force produced by imported vibrating motor and

we also apply KOSUN screen and blockage, which strengthens the screen capacity

dramatically and improves the degree of dryness of drilling solids. It decreases the

number of equipment involved and drilling fluids cost together with discharging fees of

drilling solids.

3. Vaccum Degasser

KOSUN ZCQ serial vacuum degasser can solve gas troubles of the drilling fluid

effectively. The bubbles in mud are transported to the drilling liquid surface quickly

and separated from liquid after the treatment. Meanwhile, the self lock of hydraulic

cones on centrifugal pump caused by aircut can be avoided.

A suitable vacuum area will form in the top part of degassing compartment during

degasser working and the mud will flow into the degassing tank fluently.

Special separation pan design makes a thin liquid layer form and the air in the mud

can be removed quickly.

Suction pipe can act as a heavy-power agitator when there is no aircut in mud.

4. Mud Cleaner

KOSUN high effective mud cleaner will deal with the mud after being treated by the

first grade separation equipment. The barite will be recovered and cuttings which are

bigger than barite will be removed. Then the barite in the underflow will flow into

circulation tanks through the screens when the weighted mud passes while the

particles that are bigger than mesh will be removed.

5. KOSUN Mud desilter

It consists of 4 hydraulic cones and manifold. The mud pressure is increased to 0.3M

Pa 0.4M Pa by sand pump. Then the mud flows into the cones through 4 inlets on

cone sides and the separated particles are drained from the underflow openings

whose sizes can be adjusted.

At the same time, the light liquid is drained out from outlets on the top along the

middle passage. Single hydraulic capacity is 15m3/h 20m3/h, removing 15 m 44

m solid particles.

The number of cones can be 8 10 12 16.

6. Mud desander

It consists of 10 or 12 hydraulic cones and manifold.

The mud pressure is increased to 0.25M Pa 0.4M Pa by sand pump. Then whose

sizes can be adjusted.

At the same time, the light liquid is drained out from outlets on the top along the

middle passage.

Single hydraulic capacity is 100m3/h 120m3/h, removing 45 m 74 m solid

particles.

The horizontal decanter centrifuge is used in separating suspension of solid phase

with 2 70% solid concentration, liquid viscosity 0.01Pa•S, particle diameter d 2

m, in clarifying suspensions with little solids as well as amorphous material that

brings difficulties for filtering cloth regeneration and suspensions which have a big

change range in solid phase concentration.

LW G centrifuge is driven by two motors. The main motor drives the drum and the

outer casing of differential through belts while the auxiliary motor, after the differential

shifting speed, drives the spiral propeller. This will make the drum and the spiral

propeller rotate in the same direction with a certain differential speed.

Put drilling fluid materials (betonies, barite powder) and some chemical additives (polymer) into circulation tank to increase total drilling fluid preparation and change drilling fluid density, viscosity, dehydration and so on. Direct inputting will cause a lot of settlement or agglomerate of drilling fluid materials and chemical additives with no gain of dispersed and well-proportioned drilling fluid.

The mud mixer is a piece of equipment used together with solids control system together. It can meet the requirements of drilling fluid weighting and mixing for solids control system of 1,500 m to 7,000 m drilling. This equipment is a single jet mixer combined with 45 Kw (or 55 Kw) sand pump and a jet mud hopper or a double jet mixer of two pumps and two hoppers. It features as safe performance and convenient transportation.

The sand pump is the power resource of desander, desilter and jet mud mixer. It can increase the pressure of drilling liquid with solids to a certain degree and transport it through pipelines to separation equipment to carry out the solid-liquid separation.

JQB6545 shearing pump can mix and process the mud quickly, which can meet the

requirements of making mud with high performance. With shearing pump, the mud

mixing time can be reduced and the economic benefit of drilling can be improved.

Improve the hydration extent of particles greatly. Save betonies above 30%

Shear, dilute and hydrate the polymer as soon as possible.

Provide a bigger discharge and lift, which can meet the requirements of making and

processing mud.

11. Slurry Pump

YZS under-liquid slurry pump is a centrifugal structure of

vertical single grade and cantilever. The impeller is of half

open and there are agitator arms on the extension of impeller

suction side. This slurry pump is used to pump thick oil, oil

residue, dirty oil, mud, mortar, running sand and other liquids.

It is also suitable for liquids with silt particle and corrosive

liquid.

Pumps characters: The pump shaft under the liquid has

enough rigidity. No bearing either shaft seal is set between

impeller and pump, which can transport medium with big

viscosity solids. The pump length that under the liquid is

between 800mm 2500mm and suction pipe can be fixed if

necessary. Vertical motor is installed on motor base and is

connected with pumps by couplings.

12.Mud Agitator

The impellers can make the fluid form a vortex motion to enforce the stirring effect.

The plate between blades can prevent solids particles in mud from depositing around

the lower blades after stopping the machine. This can reduce the friction force of

these sediments to the blades when start the machine, protecting the motor from

overload.

The angle between impeller vanes and the running direction of liquid is 45, which

brings a radial flow and axial flow. Thus, it forms a certain circulation flow to make the

solid particles in the mud mix and suspend in the fluid completely.

ZYQ drilling fluid liquid-gas separator is mainly used to

remove big bubbles with diameter above 3mm and

these bubbles refer to the expanded gas in the fluid that

fill in some parts of well annulus. Well kick even spilling

out to the rotary table will easily occur if they are not

removed.

ZYQ normal pressure sulfureted hydrogen-proof liquid-

gas separator is made of high qualified materials and it

can effectively prevent the erosion brought by hazardous

gases and protect operators and the machine.
