In our world today, borders have become less defined through technology, migration, and the international marketplace. Therefore, a keen knowledge of other cultures and their affect on worlddecisions is imperative. No more is the average young person in the United States likely to attendschool, gain employment, and live solely within the confines of a small community isolated fromworld issues. Neither book nor classroom in one's native town or nation can take the place of traveling and studying in another country. Studying abroad does more than just open doors to an individual's future; it changes lives… it changed mine.

CEA is celebrating ten years of providing innovative education solutions and expertise to the morethan 10,000 students who have studied abroad with us. We are extremely proud that so many students choose CEA to provide them opportunities to enrich their lives personally, academically, and professionally.

CEA is passionate about the benefits of study abroad. We have committed ourselves to the following,to which our students and their teachers can attest:

• Attentive, personalized service and support, from our student advisors in the US to our international site directors and staff members

• Emphasis on academic integrity stemming from our CEA GlobalCampus Network and partnershipswith institutions worldwide

• Collaborative and innovative approach to partnerships, academic programming, and technology initiatives

As CEA continues its leadership role in the field of study abroad, we remain committed to our studentsand mission of actively developing curricula and adding exceptional programs. With our proven trackrecord, academic and international expertise, and vision, we are expanding the definition of studyabroad far beyond previous boundaries. CEA is poised to provide the quintessential educational experience which we believe will profoundly make a difference in our world of tomorrow.

Sincerely,

Brian J. BoubekFounder and Executive Director

Student and the Parents acknowl-edge and agree that they have each read and accept the terms and conditions set forth in CEA's Policies, which are incor-porated herein by reference and which constitute part of this Agreement.

The Student and the Parents specifically agree to abide by CEA’s Policies, rules, standards and instructions for program par-ticipant behavior.
