In the Resolution dated February 5, 2002, the Court of Appeals admitted the Motion for Reconsideration [4] of herein respondents Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), Jose To Chip, Patricio Yap and Roger Balila, notwithstanding the fact that the same was filed more than six months beyond the reglementary period.
