Assembling, compiling, cleaning, and delivering the microdata of the Survey. Organizing and preparing the dataset with adequate metadata and proper documentation. Submitting the dataset, assuring it meets the requirements and complies with the rules for data publishing. Assist the M&E team in analyzing household and community surveys collected as part of Africa RISING. Based on results of the analysis, write survey report(s), which should discuss and suggest possible alternatives for Impact Evaluation design and methodologies to be used. Organize and hold an Africa RISING PMMT (Project Mapping and Monitoring Tool) Training in Ghana for selected researchers to orient research teams about the tool and produce a brief summary report about the training. representative Living Standards Measurement Surveys as well as literature review. The main topic relates to the comparison of two methodologies for constructing Poverty Lines, that are Fixed Food Bundle and Context Dependent Poverty Line. Duties also involve producing a Policy Brief for Statistical Agencies.

Center for International Development (CID) Summer School on Monitoring and Evaluation of Complex Development Programs Coordinator, January, 2014 to September, 2014 Primary duty related to advertizing, managing, and selecting participants to the Summer School Program. Also, coordinating the logistic for the two weeks intensive training, liaising with Trainers, supervising the overall organization and implementation of the training. To prepare a final evaluation brief with feedbacks from participants.

Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna Department of Economics (DSE) Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, December, 2012 to December, 2013 Main responsibilities included researching on multidimensional poverty measurement both at the theoretical and empirical level. Further duties were tutoring in Microeconomics as well as in International Development Economics .
