We are very pleased to be part of the sale andthank Collin, Michelle and Hillary for the opportunity to work with themat Windy Willows Farm.Solid markets certainly have given all of us lots of optimism and onceagain confidence in the future of the industry… it’s a good time to be inthe cattle business and certainly a great time to use Charolais bulls.We are very excited to offer two new sire groups; the Pastors havestirred up a lot of interest and have been a tremendous addition to ourbull pen. His powerful sons will excel at increasing growth traits, willfeed exceptionally well, add hair and eye appeal to any calf crop. ThePaychecks are also new; they will be easy calving, deep bodied bullswith an outstanding disposition. We again have another strong group ofTime Out bulls followed up by a consistent set of Reno sons that are aspredictable as any sire group in the Charolais breed providing calvingease, structural soundness and quiet disposition. The bulls haveperformed exceptionally well this year, health wise and weight gainthrough to sale time. Once again we are happy to provide ultrasound data which confirmsthe strength of the genetic package, ensuring the propensity to add muscle and increaseyield. Many of the bulls in the sale are out of our super producing RBC Supreme ChampionGridmaker daughters and perennial powerhouse Detonator daughters.The Cedarlea bulls and our cowherd have been on a full herd health program and areenrolled in the Boehringer Ingelheim Express Verified Plus program. The programguarantees there are no BVD PI bulls in our sale offering and each bull comes with a sixmonth health warranty. All the Cedarlea bulls are vaccinated to protect their testicles frominfection with BVD virus. We stand behind our bulls 100% and want to know how the bullsare working through the breeding season.

The auctioneer’s decision is final.Announcements: Announcements made from the auction block will take precedence over printed matter in the catalogue.Buyers are cautioned to pay close attention to announcements.Purchaser’s Risk: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold. Animals will be cared for at thepurchaser’s risk for a reasonable length of time. All animals left with the seller must be insured.Certificate of Registration: Each animal will carry papers issued by the appropriate breed association. A certificate of registry dulytransferred will be furnished to the buyer after payment has been made.Delivery: Assistance will be given in making delivery after the sale. The purchaser agrees shipping arrangementswill be at the convenience of the seller, but will be as soon as practical after the sale, at the buyer’s risk.Breeder Guarantee: Should any bull fourteen months of age or over, fail to prove a breeder after being used on cows known

to be breeders, the matter shall be reported in writing to the seller within six months following the date ofpurchase or six months after the bull has reached fourteen months of age. The seller has the right andprivilege of six months to prove the bull a breeder. No guarantee is given that semen collected from thebull will freeze.Exception Guarantee: In the case where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproductive techniques after thesale, this guarantee shall be null and void. The seller is not responsible for damage caused by foreignbodies after the animal has been sold or for sickness not apparent at sale time. In no event shall theseller be responsible for more than the purchase price.Accidents: Although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers, neither the salemanager, auctioneer, or sellers assume any responsibility and disclaim any liability, legal or otherwise, inthe event of accident or loss of property.Sale Manager:By Livestock is only acting as a medium between the buyer and seller and is not responsible for failureon the part of either party to live up to their obligations; or for the truth of any warrantees orrepresentations, expressed or implied. By Livestock assumes no obligation to enforce or collect moniesbetween parties. By Livestock assumes no responsibility for any credit extended by the seller to thebuyer. Any legal action taken in exceptional cases must be between the buyer and the seller.
