TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 In order to process bookings full name as per passport – (first name/last name), passport details of each passenger, weight of each passenger (if taking helicopter tour) & arrival/departure flight information is required.

2 Confirmation is not guaranteed until full payment of the tour is received.

3 No refunds either in part or full will be made for any unused services i.e. ground transportation, sightseeing tours, meals etc.

4 Standard hotel check in time is 4.00 pm & Check out time is 11.00 am

5 Early check in is subject to availability of rooms & cannot be guaranteed

6 Late check out of hotel rooms will be subject to applicable charges

7 Baggage allowances - 01 Check in + 1 hand bag per person

8 Child rate applies to children aged 2-9, above 09 would be considered as an adult

9 We reserve the right to use alternative accommodation, sightseeing tours of equal or higher standards

10 Changes are not permitted & group will operate as per set itinerary.

11 Tour will operate subject to at least 30 confirmed passengers onboard. For less than 30 passengers, we reserve the right to make changes with ground arrangements to make if operationally feasible.

12 Guest are required to provide a valid credit card while check in at hotels to cover any incidental room charges & needs to be settled by individual guest in each room.

13 In case of breakdown of coach due to any mechanical failures, we will try to make every effort to fix the problem however there will be no monetary compensation for delays/inconvenience/missing of any activity etc.

14 Full & final payment of tour is due 30 days prior to departure date

15 All booking request received within 30 days of departure date will require full payment

16 No bookings will be processed until deposit amount or the final payment is received.

17 Tour confirmation & supporting documents will be provided only three (3) days prior to departure date.

18 Remittance fee of US$30 is not part of the package cost & the same shall be borne by the client for each remittance made
