Celebrate Sweet Success Here are 5 great fun food party themes for your teaching team! For each theme

there are individual gift tags and full page “flyer” sized printable you can use for

decorations or to announce the event.

For each of the ideas and printables included you can simply add a small thank

you gift or plan an event around the theme. To make it extra special be creative

and have fun, a few ideas to create a great occasion are below.

To plan an extra special teaching team event plan ahead and decorate. If possible,

ask parents to pitch in for set up and clean up. Another perk would be assistants

or subs on hand so your teaching team can relax and enjoy! Many of these extra

“touches” can be found at dollar stores, bulk clubs, food stores and thrift stores.

Prep & Decorate

Print the included invites and hand out in advance so your teachers can

arrive early if needed to enjoy! To make the events extra special set a

theme based pretty table area, maybe even add some nice music. A

few ideas to set a pretty table are:

• Pretty and /or theme-based paper plates

• Table covers

• Table glitter

• Plastic champagne glasses for cold beverages

Berry Best Teacher:

• Gift Ideas: Add the thank you to a piece of fruit, a fruit cup, or fruit parfait.

• Event Ideas: Throw a healthy fruit affair. Offer fruit salad or trays, fruit

tarts, fruit pies, etc. You could also make a fruit smoothie bar for a very fun

treat.

• Gift Ideas: Add the thank you ice cream store gift card, or a single serve

item such as a wrapped cone or cookie ice cream bar.

• Event Ideas: Make an ice cream sundae bar. Offer ice cream and toppings

• Event Ideas: Throw a “tea-party” for your great team. Set up a coffee and

tea bar and offer flavor3ed coffees, creamers, herbal teas, honey, and a few

tea cookies or tea sandwiches to top it off.

Donut What We Would Do Without You:

• Gift Ideas: Print the thank you gift cards and attach to individual donuts,

munchkins, or gift cards from donut shops.

• Event Ideas: Donut party! Set up a cute table and offer donuts, munchkins,

tea, coffee and juice. You could offer donut flavored coffees and creamers.

Another fun idea is to purchase plain donuts and offer frosting and

toppings and each team member “makes” their own donuts. Think of

toppings such as frostings, caramel, sprinkles, mini-chocolate chips, mini

m& m’s and powdered sugar.
