The past is over and gone. The future is not guaranteed.” --Wayne Dyer As we launch into a new year, it is important that before looking forward, we look back to the year just past. Here are a few questions to answer about 2016: What one word would you use to describe it? What was your biggest victory or “win” during 2016? What was your biggest challenge during 2016? If you set goals or intentions at the beginning of 2016, pull out that list and reflect on: How many of those goals did you achieve? Were they primarily business or personal goals? (If we examine most people’s lists of goals -- if they have one! – and the content of their day planners, 75-90% of that content relates to work; few set goals relating to family, personal balance, spirituality, and the like.) Of the ones you didn’t achieve, why not? Were they in a part of your life that you have designated, by action and choices, as less important than work or business? What is the biggest learning you can take away from 2016?

The future is not guaranteed.” --Wayne Dyer As we launch into a new year, it is important that before looking forward, we look back to the year just past. Here are a few questions to answer about 2016: What one word would you use to describe it? What was your biggest victory or “win” during 2016? What was your biggest challenge during 2016? Of the ones you didn’t achieve, why not? Were they in a part of your life that you have designated, by action and choices, as less important than work or business? What is the biggest learning you can take away from 2016?
