IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Place your order online at dallasbalfour.com before March 1st to take advantage of group discount pricing

• Paper order forms will be accepted at the Balfour office – 1111 Beltline Rd., Suite #102, until March 1st

• Prices increase and some items may no longer be available• Announcements are now printed on demand and

will include the student’s name imprinted on the announcement. Make sure to order before March 1st.

• All orders placed after March 1st can expect a longer than normal turnaround.

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of order.• Orders must be placed under the student’s name to avoid confusion at delivery (cap & gown).• All announcement orders will be mailed to the student’s provided address and may come in multiple shipments.• Business addresses are not recommended, as the order will be addressed to the student, not the parent. • If you move after the order is placed, contact our office immediately to change the ship to address.• We are not responsible for replacing orders due to incorrect shipping address provided on the order. • Extra announcements will not be available for pickup at the Balfour office.• No refunds on orders placed after March 1st due to delayed delivery. What is a graduation announcement?Graduation announcements are official school documents which share the date time & place of graduation. These are sent through the mail to family and friends who you wish to share this accomplishment. Often called invitations, these are meant to “announce” the accomplishment, not necessarily invite someone to the ceremony.

How many do I need?The number needed varies by family size and/or your graduation budget. An average order is 25 to 50 per senior. This order can vary from just a few, to a few hundred; depending on the needs of each senior.

Should I order a package?The Grad Packages are meant to help ensure you get all the necessities.

How do I place my order?Orders can be placed online at dallasbalfour.com or in our Garland office.

Is a deposit required?Most items ship directly to the home address provided, so they must be paid in full when order is placed. Please contact our office directly for extenuating circumstances.

When will my order be Delivered?Orders will be direct shipped to the address on the order form. Cap & Gowns along with Diploma/Picture Frames will be delivered to the school after Spring Break.

Can I still order my class ring?Many seniors wait until senior year to order their class rings. See the enclosed senior ring promotion flyer for ordering information. Your ring can be ready in as little as 6 weeks! It’s never too late!

When is the due date for my order?Seniors are encouraged to order as soon as possible to ensure availability of inventory of products. All orders placed after March 1, 2020 will incur an individual processing fee.
