Free valet parking is available at hospital’s main entrance. Free parking is also available in Bartlett Street Parking Garage and Bartlett Street visitor’s lot. Local and national businesses and gluten friendly restaurants will feature booths that carry gluten free products, menus and information about celiac disease and a gluten free diet. This is a one-of-a-kind expo that offers great information about overcoming the challenges of eating gluten free and tips on living the life you want to lead. Workshops Baking and Cooking Gluten Free: Gluten Free Pastry Chef Darcy Bloss will give tips on baking and cooking gluten free, along with some favorite gluten free recipes. Living Gluten Free: Celiac and Registered Nurse Jeannie Derrow will provide practical tips on how to live gluten free, from reading food labels, identifying gluten, setting up a gluten free kitchen, dining out, traveling and more. The Well-Balanced Gluten Free Diet: Registered Dietitian June Brandner will offer menu ideas, information on dietary supplements, and information on common nutritional deficiencies for those suffering from celiac disease.
