Friday Exercise!

This class is member led by volunteers and modeled after the M/W ATI class. Get your day started right with an

invigorating workout combining light weights & cardio. This is a drop-in class.

Fridays: 11:00am - 12:00 am

Fee: $1.00 Per Person

This course is a one hour total body strength and

flexibility workout. Emphasis will be placed on

those who do not have experience with traditional

aerobics or strength training. Proper body

mechanics and movement patterns will be

closely monitored.

Mondays/Wednesdays: 12:50 pm - 1:50 pm,

Exercise Class Proceeds to benefit the CAA.

For those that already have a strong yoga practice, but can be adaptable to those who have moderate or be-ginner experience. We will deepen your postures, breath and calm your mind. Be willing to try new poses and see how your body can contin-ue to unfold. Must be able to get up
