• Additional analysis suggests site is not large enough to co-locate a middle school and Central Office

• WJCC and VDOE guidelines recommend 30 acres for a middle school

• Survey of architect and engineer vendors resulted in a recommended size of 25 to 35 acres for a middle school – Berkeley: 19.3 acres; Hornsby: 60.4 acres; Toano: 34.4 acres – James Blair: 25 acres

• James Blair Site does not have sufficient acreage to pursue this alternative as a Central Office location
