Key Points• The CVIFMS is very important

- Vehicle for USACE participation in BWFS, RFMP and Conservation Strategy

- Coordination and transparency are key objectives

• The CVIFMS is a Watershed Study- Very high-level identification and evaluation of systemwide issues- Future implementation actions will require subsequent studies

• State participation is 100% work-in-kind- Use of State and local data, tools and CVFPP efforts – no cash

• USACE FY14 funding will be compromised if funds are not spent under agreement in FY13- Amendment No. 1 must be executed by Sept. 2013
