Centurion Scale “temporary install”

• The scale to be shown is a B-tek Centurion Scale “Flat top” design with a steel deck

• Platform is 84’x11’ mounted temporary in the parking lot

• Temporary gravel approaches and our door mounted indicator and printer with wireless transmission to a remote printer.

• The scale is a modular design with (3) - 24’ modules and (1) - 12’ module.

• Features:• 100 % digital load cells that are

in stainless steel cans.

• 75K load cells, (10) in the entire scale.

• 10” I-Beams with a 3/8” steel deck

• Very clean design with easy access to the components under the deck..

• Dummy cells mounted to the load plates, crane will set the scale.

• Scale is pre assembled laying on the ground to the left.

• Scale has been placed on the dummy cells

• Excavated material has been placed behind bulk head for fill

• Replacing the dummy load cells with the actual load cells

Completed Installation

• Scale installed, electronics mounted in the sealed box to the right of the scale.

• Good look at the 6’ retaining blocks holding the gravel in place.

Outdoor Electronics package

• Scale readout and printer mounted in a insulted enclosure with visor.

• Notice the box at the top of the pole is a data transmitter to a remote printer in the scale office.
