• We take a fee called a “discount”, starting as low as $150$150.

• A different contract can also be substituted during the grace period.

• The broker can assign the proceeds of a different contract receivable to Commission Express.
• If the broker does not have additional transactions, Commission Express will work to develop a payment lplan.
