Plastic Polishing MediaPlastic Media is used for general metal removal, per-painted or per-plated finishing, polishing, fast heavy cutting used for soft metals or stringy materials to avoid rolling the burr over into a hole, it produces a very smooth matte finish and it is good for the use in geometrically complex shape parts. We offer plastic media in various grades, shapes and sizes.

Plastic Media - High quality polyester grade in wide range of shapes.* High cut - VPM/HG* Middle cut -VPM/MG* Fine cut - VPM/LGFor De-flashing, Deburring & Smoothening requirement

Walnut Shell Polishing MediaOur Walnut Shell Media Filter has a variety of advantages over other options in the industrial filtration space, especially when filtering oil and total suspended solids (TSS). Because it is a backwashing filter, Walnut Shell Filters not only are much better filters, but are more efficient in many processes.

•Hydrocyclones are often used for removing oil from water, but will not fully polish the water. For example, oil droplets smaller than 20 micron are typically not removed by hydrocyclones.•Cartridges and bags are also frequently used, but must be disposed of. Maintenance personnel are also required to change the filter media when it becomes plugged. Increasing restrictions on disposal in certain industries have also led to skyrocketing disposal costs.

Porcelain Polishing Mediaporcelain polishing media is our highest quality media for finishing. Porcelain media is also the most durable media available and has a very low attrition rate. Our standard porcelain polishing options include triangular, spherical and cylindrical shapes. This type of media works great for high polish and low rates of attrition.

Stainless Steel Ballswe offer a comprehensive range of Martensitic Stainless Steel Balls. Our range is fabricated using quality stainless steel (>12% Cr) and is for quenching the martensitic structure. Feature like corrosion resistance is rather inferior, but better mechanical properties, as compared with the authentic stainless steels makes it especially useful for ball bearings and valve applications.

Magnetic PinsMagnetic tumblers work much faster than either rotary or vibratory tumbers and Can be used for non-metallic as well as metallic pieces. Produces a brilliant and uniform finish in a very short time on all your pieces for any shape. Vibration-free, compact, and quiet. Special stainless steel pin shot, tumbling soap, and water are placed in the plastic container with your jewellery and sealed with the lid. The container is placed on the tumbler, timer is set, and strong magnets on a concealed disc spin causing the steel shot to spin and tumble. The fine pin shot gets into small areas leaving you with less hand finishing work than conventional tumblers.
