VITA® VMK 95Metal ceramic 3D and classic

VITA VMK 95 is suitable for veneering high gold content, reduced precious metalcontent, silver-free, silver-containing and non-precious ceramic bonding alloys.

The warm shades of the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER TOOTH GUIDE resp. VITAPANclassical shade guide can be perfectly reproduced with the compact and clearlyarranged assortment of the VMK 95 materials. Fine results can already be achievedwith two layers (dentine and enamel) in the standard layering technique. Efficientlyusable additional materials (e.g. one opaque dentine material for each shade andtranslucent materials for specific use) are suitable to achieve individual design.

VITA® Omega 900Metal ceramic 3D and classic

Metal ceramic with a firing temperature of 900°C. VITA OMEGA 900 is a metal ceramic which is particularly suitable for high goldcontent yellow ceramic bonding alloys. The reduced firing temperature ensuresdistortion-free firing of these alloys. Reduced precious metal content, silver-free andsilver-containing as well as non-precious ceramic bonding alloys can also beveneered with VITA OMEGA 900.

The perfectly matched opaque, opaque dentine and dentine materials allow to obtainhighly natural VITA SYSTEM 3-D-MASTER shades resp. VITAPAN classical shadesalready in the standard layering technique. Anomalies occurring in nature can bereproduced with the materials of the PROFESSIONAL KIT.

In addition to excellent esthetics, VITA OMEGA 900 offers the ceramist the advantageof remarkable physical properties. VITA OMEGA 900 excels by its very low chemicalsolubility, perfect thermal stability and excellent bending strength.

VITA OMEGA 900 Metal Ceramics are also available as bleached shade reproductionporcelains in shades 0M1, 0M2 and 0M3.

VITA® VM 7Veneering material

VITA VM 7 was developed as a special Veneering Ceramic with a fine structure for all-ceramic framework materials in the CTE range of 7.2 - 7.9 (such as VITA In-CeramClassic ALUMINA, SPINELL, ZIRCONIA as well as aluminium oxide blocs for hightemperature sintering like VITA In-Ceram 2000 AL CUBES for inLab).

Like all VITA VM materials, VITA VM 7 is distinguished by its light refraction andreflection properties resembling those of natural tooth enamel. The use of additionalfluorescent and opalescent porcelains permits outstandingly individual, high qualityresults.

In a study by Giordano at the Goldman School of Dental Medicine at the University ofBoston, the abrasion behavior of various ceramic materials compared to natural toothenamel was researched. The best results were obtained with VITA VM 7, since theirfine structure resulted in virtually ideal, enamel-like behavior. VITA VM 7 therefore canbe classed as antagonist friendly materials.

In addition to this, VITA VM 7 offers the following advantages:■ Optimum working properties such as stability characteristics

and modeling characteristics■ Excellent grinding and polishing properties, particularly in situ

■ Homogeneous and dense surfaces

■ High degree of plaque resistance

■ Antagonist friendly to a high degree

■ Excellent aesthetic results

■ Compact selection of additional porcelains for individualization

Available EXCLUSIVELY IN VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER Shades.

VITA® VM LCLight-curing microparticle composite

Light-curing microparticle composite to be used for fixed and removable restorations

Just like all VITA VM materials VITA VM LC excels by its refraction and reflectionbehavior, which is similar to enamel. The fine-particle inorganic filler material with aprimary particle size of just a few nanometers exhibits particularly homogeneousdistribution in VITA VM LC. Accordingly, natural scattering of light is achieved whichprovides the desired translucency.

Additionally, VITA VM LC offers the following benefits:■ Perfect processing properties such as mouldability

■ Excellent grindability and polishability

■ Homogeneous surfaces

■ Considerable reduction of secondary discoloration and plaqueaccumulation

■ Perfect harmonization of mechanical properties

■ Outstanding esthetic results

■ Compact range of additional materials for individualizing

VITA VM LC is exclusively available in the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER shades.
