private entity for the fulfillment of her mission in The Republic of Sudan . The SPMUDA hopes for

the Government authorities and private individual/group or institutions in facilitating SPMUDA

undertakings for peace, friendship, humanitarian and development. Further authorized to deal

with any branch of government and other agencies or institutions as well as to represent the

organization for signing any document relevant to any projects and to report the same to

SPMUDA Central Office.

This authority is valid effective date of issuance and expires until revoked for cause. Any
