PetroVietnam Coating Joint Stock Company (PV Coating) is a member of PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (PV Gas) and operates under Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PetroVietnam – PVN). Established in August 31st 2007, the company was initially named PetroVietnam Industrial Park Development & Investment Joint Stock Company and then changed name as PetroVietnam Gas Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company (PVID) in June 2009. Since April 18th 2013, at the Annual Shareholder Meeting, the company has been named PetroVietnam Coating Joint Stock Company (PV Coating).

Our pipe coating plant is located in Phu My 1 Industrial Zone - Tan Thanh District - Ba Ria Vung Tau province - Vietnam, one of the most thriving industrial zones in Vietnam with modern infrastructure and convenient location. Particularly, the plant is located on National Highway No. 51, which connects Ho Chi Minh City –

COATING

Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) is an excellent anti-corrosion coating for oil and gas pipelines because its strong adhesion to steel brings about superior long term corrosion resistance and protection of pipelines operating smoothly at required temperatures during their designed life.

Three layer polyethylene coating (3LPE) is a multilayer coating composed of three functional components: a FBE primer, a copolymer adhesive and an outer layer of high density polyethylene to provide excellent corrosion protection and mechanical protection for oil & gas pipelines at operating temperature up to 85oC.
