Joel Keck, president and co-founder of Black Bear Solutions, LLC. began his career serving in the Army, at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, California. After his military service he spent several years inthe telecommunications industry holding leadership positions. Mr. Keck co-founded Black Bear in 2009 andremains as president. Mr. Keck has a Regents Bachelor of Arts degree from Shepherd University.
Andrew “Andy” Greenfield - COO/CIO and Co-FounderAndrew “Andy” Greenfield is responsible for operations, business development and technology management primarily in the Federal sector. Mr. Greenfield took an active role in establishing Black Bear Solutions. He has been an entrepreneur for 20 plus years, and brings with him vast experience in business development and information technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology.
Elena Y. Keck - Treasurer and Co-FounderElena Y. Keck is a co-founder of Black Bear Solutions, LLC. Mrs. Keck is responsible for all aspects of financial and accounting matters as well as the record-keeping for Black Bear. She took an active role in establishing Black Bear Solutions. Mrs. Keck brings several years of information technology experience to the company. Elena is a Microsoft Certified Professionaland has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Brigham Young University.
