• What is APL?
• Who may be eligible?
• When can it happen?
• How does it work ………..RAPL Module
A.P.L.
Lets bring this to life…..
Clare is an Organisational development manager with a degree and has a wealth of experience and now wants to develop herself now that her young family have grown up. She has undertaken certificated learning and has managed various complex projects over recent years
Shahid is a new manager who has a Service Improvement Role and is now responsible for leading and managing other staff. He is good at strategic thinking and managing projects but says managing and leading people is a new area for him. He finds the idea of a masters overwhelming and would like to try a module
Following today we would like to gain your feedback. You will receive a survey monkey questionnaire
• Which modules are attractive to you? We would like to determine a top 3
• What’s your preference around delivery; us to you as a distinct group or you to us to learn and network wider
So what next?
Thankyou for listening
