The First Call For PapersThe original mission of the ICSEC 2013 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts

in the field of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Information Security to a

common forum, where a constructive dialog on theoretical concepts, practical ideas and results of the state of

the art will be developed. The event will be held over three days, with tutorial sessions and presentations

delivered by researchers from the international community, including presentations from well-known keynote

speakers.

Paper SubmissionProspective authors are invited to submit papers reflecting original, unpublished work in these fields. Papers

should not exceed 6 pages including results, figures and references. Manuscript templates will be made avail-

able on the website. All submissions will be subjected to a double-blind review procedure by at least two

reviewers. Presented and selected paper s will be published in IEEE Xplore library. Best paper awards will be

given to outstanding contributions and recognized as such at the conference. The authors of the best selected

papers will be invited to extend the works for the submission to Maejo International Journal of Science and

Technology (Special issue) which is abstracted/indexed by SCI,ISI, DOA and Google Scholar.

Only electronic submissions with PDF and Word files will be accepted via EDAS submission system

(http://edas.info) (in requesting process). Papers in Thai are also welcome in Thai track submission. The re-

viewing process of Thai track is the same as English track but they will not be included in IEEE Xplore library.Also, student travel grants are available for international accepted papers. Further information, please
