Current projection for total member contribution to CGAP V is $118.7 million, or 98% of the CGAP V Strategic Framework Target. This is the result of an intensive fundraising drive during FY16, bringing significant additional contributions. Assumes that CGAP receives all pledged amounts and that current fundraising pipeline will be fully materialized.

FY16 on target…

FY16 Expenses: Projected FY16 expenses are expected to total $25.9 million-1% under CG approved budget of $26.3 million.

Member Contributions: Expected Member Contributions in FY2016 will total $26.5 million.

FY17 Outlook FY17 Plan: FY17 plan calls for budget of $28.9 million,

which represents increase of 10% compared with $26.3 million in FY16.

Member Contributions: Expected Member Contributions in FY2017 should total $22.5 million, building on strong fundraising pipeline and already pledged contributions.

FY17 Priorities&Outlook

Funding is largely sufficient, but we continue with cost control measures in main areas of variables costs-travel, consultant fee, etc.;

Complete planned hiring and onboard new staff;

Mid-Term Evaluation;

Prepare for FY18 as the last year of CGAP V and start work on building a solid, sustainable funding model for CGAP VI.
