We gave this Challenger 300 a modern look and feel with its fine black leather seats with blue piping accents. Blue decorative stitching was added on the headrests to tie in the blue Corian in the galley and cobalt blue in the carpet pattern throughout the cabin. The customer chose to highlight the black and blue interior with unique carbon fiber accents. Carbon fiber was incorporated on the drink rails and tables giving it a high-gloss, high-quality look. Complementing the carbon fiber is a gray ostrich leather that covers the lower sidewall panel as well as in the inside of the armrests.

This Challenger 300 gives the neutral theme a classy spin. Soft hues such as beige, khaki, and gray create a calming atmosphere. Interior highlights include a beautiful high-gloss Sapele veneer; two-tone, hand stitched leather seats, and new carpeting with freshly upholstered panels.

This Challenger 300 interior also adorns a neutral theme, but with a whimsical twist. Custom cobblestone carpet provides a unique focal point, while the rest of the cabin incorporates warm and cool tones; cream colored seats with brown inserts, and newly upholstered leather lower sidewalls.

Ryan Wilson
As Constant Aviation’s Challenger Program Manager, Ryan is available to our Challenger customers for any technical support 24/7. He is able to troubleshoot issues even if the customer is away from our facilities. As part of our internal training program, Ryan holds regularly scheduled courses on the Challenger product line for our technicians. He also serves as a liaison with Bombardier for any needs we may have from the factory. Ryan joined Constant Aviation with over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. Prior to joining, Ryan worked with companies such as Jet Aviation, FlexJet and Cessna providing maintenance and technical support and also as an instructor at CAE. He has attended Challenger 300/350 initial training at Bombardier’s Dallas Training Center as well as Collins Pro-Line 21 training. Ryan holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate as well as numerous airframe, avionics and engine training certifications.
Ryan brings an increased level of knowledge and expertise to Constant Aviation. He has worked with Challengers all over the world and has been involved with many projects on the Challenger airframe. Ryan’s diverse background and technical skills provides our customers with additional support and solutions to their needs. His expertise provides another layer of on-site knowledge to the varying fleet types we maintain.

Challenger 604/605 Program Manager
Michael Romans
As Constant Aviation’s Challenger 604/605 Program Manager, Michael is available to our Challenger customers for any technical support 24/7. He is able to troubleshoot issues even if the customer is away from our facilities. As part of our internal training program, Michael holds regularly scheduled courses on the Challenger product line for our technicians. Whenever a Challenger product is in one of our facilities, he serves as a liaison with Bombardier for any needs we may have from the factory. Michael joined Constant Aviation with over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. Prior to joining, Michael worked with several major corporations including McDonalds Corporation, Northrop Grumman, Gulfstream, Chevron and Bombardier. Throughout his tenure with these companies, he provided maintenance and avionics oversight, as the manager of aircraft fleets. He also provided safety, service and technical support for Bombardier aircraft. Michael holds an Airframe and Powerplant Certificate, a B.S. in Advanced Aviation Technologies and an A.A.S. in Aviation Maintenance Technologies.
