Presenter• Elena Martin – a business change
consultant and expert in business transformation within the public sector. Played a key role in shaping the business transformation within Birmingham City Council, the largest Council in Europe.
• Co-author of CHAMPS2 business change method and a lead author of the book: CHAMPS2 - Realizing Transformational Change (TSO, 2010).

CHAMPS2 Qualifications (APMG)Foundation level• The CHAMPS2 Foundation exam is comprised of 50 simple multiple-
choice questions to be completed in 45 minutes.• It is a closed-book exam and to pass candidates must score
32/50 (64%) or more correct answers.
Practitioner level• The CHAMPS2 Practitioner exam is a mix of simple and complex
multiple-choice questions which must be completed in 120 minutes.
• The Practitioner exam is open-book and candidates must score 32/63 (50%) or more correct answers.
Accreditation scheme is available for training (ATOs) and consulting (ACOs) organizations.
