e CHANCELLOR PARK PRIMARY CAMPUS FUTURE FACILITIES REVIEW SITE OBSERVATONS: Minimum 300 student population growth Future proosed facilities include: • 8-10 GLA’s (640m2) Staff facilities (180m2) • SEP (68m2) • Covered outdoor learning area Other consideratons: • Current amenities facilities across campus are not compliant with new student population • Prep area requires a general upgrade and refurbishment • Parking across the campus is very poor SITE OPTION 1 SITE OPTION 3 SITE OPTION 4 SITE OPTION 1 • Removal/ relocation of existing 4 demountable buildings would be required during demolition. • Future extended on site parking oportunities Vehicle drop off zone with direct access to future SEP. • Closure of gated access from Siena Catholic College. • Construction site area within contained area to rear of site. • Easy direct connections to existing undercover pedestrian walkways SITE OPTION 3 • Future connection and integration to proposed new oval landscape works, which could provide cov- ered area to future tiered outdoor seating. • Direct connection to existing 2 storey GLA building • Removal of modular building required. • Future viewing balcony and covered outdoor learn- ing area to oval. • Direct connection to existing single level GLA SITE OPTION 4 * • Relocation of existing garden shed to northern oval aspect is within school works programe. • Removal of modular required • Direct connection to multipurpose hall. Direct connection off existing covered pedesterian links. • Close proximity to existing on site parking area. • Northern aspect to oval with outdoor covered learning areas, and viewing balcony opportunities.
