Your Team or Unit. While taking this section of the assessment think about the team or organizational unit
that you lead or belong to right now.
Directions. Using the same procedure as section 1, c o n s id e r t h e s i x q u e s t i o n s b e l o w i n t e r m s o f y o u r
uni t ' s ac t ual , c ur r ent ( i ns t ead of f ut ur e) pr ac t i c es . In other words, what action does your team take right
now to create outcomes? Under each question, rank the four statements according to the way you perceive
things for your unit right now. That is, which statement is most like your current approach to w orking
together? Assign 1, 2, 3, or 4 to the statements A, B, C, and D depending on which one is 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or
4th most like your unit right now. Assign 1 if the statement is most like your team now and 4 if the statementis least like your team now. T her e m ay be s om e s t at em ent s t hat s eem t o hav e equal i m por t anc e but

Remember that for each of the six questions, statements A, B, C, and D must be assigned a 1, 2, 3 or
