The modus Operandi• Prepare the Civil & Electrical estimate

• Civil Work.• Flooring- Big Tiles, small tiles, PVC flooring

or plain Cement Concrete• Brickwork: Sqm• Paneling: MDF or sunmica on plywood ?• False Ceiling: Brown or white ?• Convert brown to white.

• Revenue budget of Civil & Electrical is many time the plan Budget.

• Get the same utilized for your Office & Warehouses.

• Convince the CAO-Con. In HQ or Sr.DEn of Division

• Use variations in available contracts.• Use the zonal contracts.• Issue material to civil & use it back in your depot

like 19 mm plywood, Sunmica, Plastic Emulsion White, fevicol, Araldite, PVC.

• Use old wooden almirahs for framing of doors & other structures

Electrical• Get revenue indents generated for your

requirements like fans, switchboards, MCB, Power Panels, Cables , light fittings ---All this of your choice and make.

• Procure through Sr.DMM or Depot Officer.• Get a wiring contract operated on quotation

basis upto Rs 4 lakhs. The amount is more than enough for a building of 1000 Sqm.

• Supervise , guide the contractor while fitting the accessories, location of each item. Help the contractor in any way possible.
