    Target of Rs 1000 crore (US$ 184.82 million) each fixed for Rail LandDevelopment Authority and IR Station Development Corporation tobe raised through PPP in 2013-14

    Associate voluntary organizations for providing first aid services atrailway stations

    67 new Express trains to be introduced

    26 new passenger services, 8 DEMU services and 5 MEMU servicesto be introduced

    Direct train for Vaishnav devi mandir direct up to Katra.

    From Ahmadabad and Yaswantpur up to Katra directly.

    In 19 new means (ways) rail lines will go up to 2702 km. Rail for Arunachal Pradesh and Manipur in this same year

    2014.

    In place of LPG now Induction will cook food in Pantry car.

    Tickets fare for Premium class will be as same as air tickets. From July AC local train will run in Mumbai.

    Not a single railway crossing in India is without man.
