I am proficient with industry-standard design software. I am forced to work quickly while creating interesting designs to met desired deadlines. As an art production design intern for Tiger Oak Media in Minneapolis, my responsibilities include communicating with local event coordinators, working with master templates to find the best layout for imagery and text, notifying editors of missing or extraneous copy and, assisting Art Director with photo-shoots. I also am the design and production assistant for 2D Cloud in Minneapolis. Working with the Art and Marketing Director I assist with design layout decisions. Design & Production Asst. 2D Cloud Micro-press Publishing May 2015 - Current

Functions within 2D Cloud involve conferring with art director and graphic novelist to discuss book design layout. Reviewed final layouts and suggested improvements as needed. Projects tasked to complete include 2015 catalog creation using contributed photos and body copy, bookbinding micro-press mini booklets for distribution, designing digital and print info-graphics promotions. Design page catalog layout to showcase books offered and bundles. Assist in organization of tabled events and conventions.

Illustrator & Designer Corazon August 2014 - Current

Develop seasonal and holiday promotional vectors and traditional illustrations to use across multiple formats. Prepared illustrations and rough sketches of material, discussing them with owner and making necessary changes.
