To provide counseling to people who have social problems more especially family matters.

To assist people who are living difficult life and who are discriminated.

To ensures gender equality and eliminates gender injustice.

To deal with different marital affairs such as right and obligation of the marriage couples and maintenance of children born born out of wedlock. To provides social welfare services to special groups, especially Most Vulnerable Children, elderly and unable people.
