Health and Wellness as conceived in
todays world
Greenberg, Donatelle, Davisviewed thephilosophy of wellness as a positive quality (asopposed to illness being always negative) and
visualized it as the integration of the spiritual, intellectual, physical, emotional, environmentaland social dimensions of health to form a wholehealthy person.
This philosophy of wellness is grounded on the
belief that everyone can achieve optimal healthand some level of wellness when they havedeveloped the siX dimensions of health to the bestof their ability.

They are like trees planted along ariverbank, with roots that reach deep in tothe water. Such trees are not bothered bythe heat or worried by long months of
drought. Their leaves stay green, and theygo right on producing delicious fruit.
