Introduction Depending on the installation, you will either be working on the software system that is installed at your location (NT) or you will be accessing the software via the internet, called an ASP (Application Service Provider) connection. WinFlexOne is a secure software system that requires a username and password for access. This Chapter discusses: The Citrix connection and ICA Application Set Manager required to access WinFlexOne.

The default username and password for WinFlexOne.

How to receive support for WinFlexOne.

Defining and setting up user groups.

Setting the level of security.

2.2 WinFlexOne Support Web Site

The WinFlexOne support Web site can be accessed in 2 ways: 1. By manually entering the address http://www.125plan.com/support into any standard web browser or

selecting it from your Favorites menu. 2. By logging into WinFlexOne, navigating to Administrative Options, and clicking on WinFlexOne

Support Website.

• Click the button from the Administrative Options menu to access from within the WinFlexOne system.

• Open the Web Browser (NT and Stand Alone only) and launch www.125plan.com/support to

access outside of the WinFlexOne system.



Enter the User Name and Password provided by MHM Resource Inc.

Citrix This section explains that process of installing the latest version of Citrix Program Neighborhood. This necessary process is a precursor to the installation of the ICA Application Set Manager which will be required to connect to WinFlexOne. Notes This procedure must be accomplished on each workstation that will be used to connect to WinFlexOne.

Allow approximately 5-10 minutes per workstation for process. Your internet connection rate and the speed of your computer will affect this process.

Support A member of the PSP Support Services will walk you through the first installation of the new version of the Citrix Program Neighborhood. Any difficulty experienced with subsequent update procedures will be supported by contacting PSP Support Services at 1-888-WINFLEX, or at www.125plan.com/support.

Close all open applications, go to www.125plan.com/support, and log in using your user name and

password provided my MHM.

From the Home Page, select download updates.

NOTE: Due to possible restrictions imposed by some network firewalls, we have configured several download options. All downloads listed on this page will result in the same application. You may try more than one option if you encounter firewall restrictions. If you experience difficulty with this process please contact PSP Support Services at 1-888-WINFLEX, or at www.125plan.com/support. Choose a download option from the list, click Download.

Select the [I accept] radio button.

Click the button to continue.

Click Download my update: The time required to complete this task will depend on your internet

connection speed.

Select the Run this program from its current location radio button when prompted.

Click the button to accept the license agreement and continue.

Select the Create a new installation in a separate location radio button.

Select the button to change the destination or click the button to accept the default location.

The Client Name will auto-fill.

Select the No radio button (default).

This view will be presented.

To check the version of your Citrix Program Neighborhood, open this application.

Select the Help option from the main menu.

Select About.

This is the version that should be displayed.

Click the button to close.



Citrix (cont.) Important Notice - Citrix Security You may receive the following message when attempting to save a file from WinFlexOne to your pc. It will ask your permission before it saves to your local workstation or it accesses a file that is on your local workstation.

When you attempt to save a file to your local hard drive or access a MICR Signature Scan file you will

receive this message.

So that Citrix can allow you to perform the save or access function that you are attempting, you must select the following radio buttons:

o Full Access.

o Never ask me again for any application.


NOTE: If you fail to select Full Access and you select Never ask me again for this application OR Never ask me again for any application; you will need to contact the PSP Support Services Team to have this option reset.



WinFlexOne Application Set Manager Setup Purpose To explain the procedures for setting up your WinFlexOne Application Set Manager. Once completed, we will lead you through a test of connectivity and document printing. Once past this test, we will help you set up a connection to your WinFlexOne and the Importer.

Advantages With the Application Set Manager, the WinFlexOne ASP user only needs to login to the Citrix Server

once per day.

A single, daily login to the Citrix Server will allow the user to access WinFlexOne, The Importer, or The 5500 Module without the need to re-authenticate on the Citrix Server each time they switch applications. (Note: applications listed in the Application Set Manager, WinFlexOne, The Importer and The 5500 Module, may only be accessed singularly. Simultaneous access of WinFlexOne and The Importer, for example, is not supported).



Instructions for creating an Application Set Manager

Open the Citrix Program Neighborhood, click the button.

Double Click Find New Application Set.




Select Wide Area Network from the dropdown list provided.


Enter a description for your Application Set - WinFlexOne was entered above.

Click on the button.




NOTE: This process will require you to specify a Server Address location.

Choose TCP/IP from the Network Protocol dropdown list provided.

Click the button to input the server address.

Type in 206.230.225.201.





NOTE: The server address is listed in the Address List window.

Click on the button.




Check Use alternate address for firewall connection.





Click the button to exit back to the Find New Application Set screen.




Click on the dropdown list provided at Click below to locate the Application Set to add:

select ASPFarm1.

This may take a few minutes to complete.





Uncheck Use Server Default at Windows Colors, choose High Color (16 bit) from the

dropdown list provided.





Icon Enhancements and Shortcut Creation

The screen above will be presented after you finish the Application Set Manager Installation.

Right click on the WinFlexOne Icon.

Select Application Set Settings form the menu provided.

Select the Default Options tab.

SpeedScreen Latency Reduction - Click on the dropdown list provided.

Select Auto from the list of options.

Place a check mark in Mouse Click Feedback and Local Text Echo.

Right click on the WinFlexOne Icon.

Choose Create Desktop Shortcut.

This will create a WinFlexOne Shortcut on your desktop.

WinFlexOne Login

• Session Date: Defaults to the session date on the Workstation. • User ID: Defaults to the Computer Name or Citrix Client ID. An administrative ID will be

provided to use for the initial login. • Password: Established in the software. An administrative password will be provided to use for

the initial login.

• - Executes ID and Password; a valid combination launches the software.

• - Stops log on attempt and closes the application.
