• Estimates – Ask for an estimate and

get it in writing.– Request to see your parts

when you pick up your vehicle.

• Repair Orders– Also known as a repair

ticket, invoice, or work order.

– Be sure your odometer reading, VIN, and warranty information is on the repair order.
