connected 1ith production, trade, an2ing, insurance, finance, energy, advertising, pac2aging and numerousother related activities%
Environment refers to all external forces, 1hich have a earing on the functioning of usiness% The environment
includes factors outside the firm 1hich can lead to opportunities for or threats to the firm% !lthough there aremany factors, the most important of these factors are socio)economic, technological, supplier, competitors and
