What Is Input?
• Any data or instructions entered into the memory of a computer.
What is an input device?
• Any hardware that allows users to enter data or information into a computer

• Keyboard• An input device that has keys which users press
to enter data.

• Pointing devices• Mouse – pointing device which fits
comfortably under the palm of your hand
• Mouse is the most widespread pointing device
