About Value and Texture

• Value is the relationship of light and dark parts within an image, sometimes referred to as tone, shade, or brightness.

• Texture implies surface:– How an object might feel if we were to touch it

• Rough, smooth, soft

Stroke and Fill AttributesStroke variations include color, weight (line thickness), solid or dashed lines, line caps and joins, and brush styles.

Fill variations include transparency, gradients, patterns, and filters and effects.
