Magnitude – the length of a vector

Direction – the angle that the vector makes with a horizontal line.

Equal vectors – vectors that have the same magnitude and the same direction.

Parallel vectors – two vectors that have the same direction or of they have opposite directions.

Resultant vector – the vector that represents the sum of two given vectors.
