• The INCOSE Bylaws state that each attendee Is eligible to receive 1 PDU for attending a regular chapter technical meeting– Maximum award per year of 10 PDUs
• The North Star Chapter will hereafter make 1 PDU certificates available to those attendees at our meetings who desire them.
• This benefit is available to members and non members and is directly applicable to CSEP requirements

Eileen Arnold, PMP, ESEP-Acq, has over 30 years experience in managing multi-site projects/programs and engineering & management of HW, SW, and Systems across the project and product life cycles, including development, modeling & simulation, SE and PM competency frameworks, and measurement/analysis for both the commercial and defense sectors. She gained insight into the project/program management world with her capability lead assignments at BAE Systems in Fridley, MN. She has a B.S.E.E and an M.A and recently received the Minnesota Federation of Engineering, Science, and Technical Societies (MFESTS) Charles W. Britzius lifetime achievement award. She has been active in INCOSE since 1996, holding positions as Chair of the Competency Working Group, Certification Advisory Group (CAG), and Technical Board/Technical Leadership Team/Technical Operations. She was a leader in formation of the Heartland Chapter and has been the North Star Chapter Director of Government and Academia, editor for the Chapter newsletter The Integrator and acting web master for the chapter web site. She has been President of both chapters. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

fold:• Allow member to give their presentation in front
of a live audience• Allow presenters the opportunity to received
constructive critiques so they can improve their
presentations• Give members who do not attend the international
symposium an opportunity to hear papers presented
by North Star members

Jim Orrock holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S. in Mechanics, both from the University of Minnesota. He has worked in various R&D roles, primarily on industrial control and equipment applications for nearly 30 years, with about half that time at Honeywell where, as a young engineer he was immersed deeply in the systems engineering discipline.
Jim joined Stratasys in 2008 as the Systems Engineering Manager. Prior to joining Stratasys Jim held engineering leadership positions with various semiconductor equipment manufacturers, most recently as Director of Systems Engineering for Soligie, a printed electronics additive manufacturing company.
Jim moved into the position of Director, Materials Development at Stratasys in late 2011 and still works closely with the Systems Engineering team at Stratasys.
